2023 Newborn Session Contract

Congratulations on your new little one! I look forward to meeting your family and creating memories you'll all cherish for years to come. Once you fill out the contract and make the fist payment, you are officially booked. Please read the contract fully. If you have any questions before completing it, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.

Once you're officially booked, I will reach out to you by email to set up a time for a quick phone call. I'd love to know your ideas and vision for your little ones session.

Although we won't be setting up an exact session date now, please plan that your session will take place on a weekday morning when baby is between 5-12 days old.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NEWBORN SESSIONS TAKE PLACE ON WEEKDAY MORNINGS.
A LIMITED NUMBER OF WEEKEND SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $150 FEE.
STARTING TIME WILL BE BETWEEN 9AM and 11:30AM.

Once you're officially booked, we'll put your due date on the calendar, knowing it's not set in stone. If anything major were to change, you'd let us know. If not, we'd plan to hear from you a day or two after your baby arrives, and we'll set up a session time for the following week.

A $300 deposit is due at booking. Your deposit will be applied to your newborn package price. The balance is due on or before the day of the session.

Your session fee includes newborn, family and sibling poses. You'll receive a final gallery of 30 fully edited "print ready" images, along with the corresponding black and white versions.

Your gallery will be ready to view and download approximately three weeks after your session date. You will receive a link to a password protected gallery that you can share with family and friends.
